About Us

The Julius Prezelski Basketball School offers three sessions of three action-packed 1/2 days and full days of instruction.
Session 1: Full Day Camp - features the fundamentals of offense and defense. Campers will participate in stations, games and contests.
Session 2: Half-Day Future Stars Camp - features basic introductory skills of basketball. Campers will participate in drills, contests and games specifically designed for the younger players.
Session 3: Full-Day Offensive Skills Camp - features intense small group teaching of advanced ball handling skills, shooting technique, shooting off the dribble, and offensive team skills.
With a limited number of campers in each session, intense one-on-one instruction from our talented staff will help to refine and develop individual skills and team concepts. Our unique instructional format allows each player to maximize his/her potential while improving his/her skill level.
The camp has three main goals: have fun, make friends and improve your basketball skills.

Philosophy
We
believe basketball is best
learned in a structured environment that stresses fundamental skills for
both the individual and team. Individualized attention offered consistently
during camp improves this learning experience. Skills are taught in small
groups by talented coaches, high school and/or college players.
At the
camp’s conclusion, each camper is given a report card that outlines his/her
strengths and weaknesses as well as a detailed skills and drills workout.
With this input, every camper is given the opportunity and guidance to
improve his/her skills outside the perimeters of camp time.
Facilities
The camp uses St. Michael’s gym which is locates in the back of the church. The gym has six glass backboards which adjust from 8’ to 10’ based on the age level using each basket. The gym and indoor facilities are fully air conditioned.
The camp has two full outdoor courts with portable baskets which adjust from 8’-10’ and are used for games and contests. Two other miscellaneous baskets are used for stations and shooting.
We also use an air conditioned room for video teaching when needed.
